The Zolpidem rapid test is a test strip that can detect the consumption of zolpidem by means of a urine sample.

The active ingredient zolpidem (ZOL) is used to treat sleep disorders. The fast action of zolpidem as well as the fast degradation time make zolpidem one of the most commonly used active ingredients for sleep problems. The effect time is limited, which means that the performance is present the next morning.

Interesting facts about Zolpidem

Zolpidem acts directly in the brain, where nerve cells are connected to each other via synapses. Communication between the nerve cells works via activating or inhibiting messenger substances. Zolpidem intervenes in this communication of the nerve cells by making the „docking sites“ more sensitive to the inhibitory messenger substances, which leads to a calming or sleepy effect.

Remove the Zolpidem Fastest Tfrom the packaging and dip the test strip in the urine for about 15 seconds. Then place the test strip in a dry place and wait for the test result, which can be read after about 3 minutes.

Interpretation of the results of the zolpidem rapid test:

A single line in the control area „C“ means that the test is positive.

Two lines mean that no substances or degradation products of zolpidem could be detected. The test is therefore negative.

If no lines appear in the „C“ control area, the test is invalid and must be repeated.

  • Sensitivity (cut-off): 50 ng/ml
  • Duration of detection: approx. 1 – 4 days
