1. Scope
of application Our General Terms and Conditions apply to shipments within Switzerland, the Principality of Liechtenstein as well as Germany and other groups of countries belonging to the EU.

Products that have been declared for professional diagnostics are aimed exclusively at medical professionals who use the offered articles in their professional or official activity as end consumers or use the goods exclusively for business purposes. Acquisition or use as a private individual as well as the resale of the goods is prohibited!

2. Payment Terms
There are several payment options available:

1) Credit card: When invoicing,
your credit card account will be debited for the invoice amount. The debit is made when ordering by our partner Stripe.

2) Twint
Twint is a Swiss payment service that allows you to easily pay and receive payments in online shops. With Twint, you can send payments online via a bank account. You need a Twint account. To log in to Twint, please go to www.twint.ch and install the required app.

3) Prepayment/Invoice:
We also deliver against prepayment or against invoice. (After successful credit check, a deposit may be requested)

Late payment:In the event of late payment,
we will charge you corresponding reminder fees to partially cover our costs. The total of the invoice and settlement amounts can be passed on by us to third parties for the purpose of collection.

3. Ordering and Conclusion
of Contract You order in our shop by: –
placing items in the shopping cart,
– entering your delivery address,
– checking the entries and completing the order by selecting the payment method and entering the payment data.
After you have submitted your order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and listing its details. This acknowledgement of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but is only intended to inform you that we have received your order.
The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by delivery of the goods or by notification of delivery. The contract is concluded exclusively in German.

4. Terms of delivery, exchanges and returns

Delivery:
Your order will be processed immediately – and if in stock – it will be shipped immediately. For delivery to the location of your choice, we will charge you the shipping fees listed.

If the specified delivery time cannot be met, we will inform you automatically by e-mail. In the event of unavailability of the ordered goods, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any consideration already received.

Return:
It is not possible to take back the purchased products because they are hygienic products or medical test kits that can become unusable if stored incorrectly or handled improperly.

This excludes electronic products. The prerequisite for a return of electronic products is an unopened and flawless original packaging.

5. Data protection
What information is stored?
We store your personal data for order processing, as far as legally permissible.

6. Prices
All prices are quoted in CHF. Errors and prices subject to change.

7. Reservation
of Title The goods remain the property of toxcontrol until final payment has been made.
