Our products are shipped free of charge within Switzerland. All shipments are sent with

Delivery delays & unavailability
If the specified delivery time cannot be met in exceptional cases, we will automatically inform you by e-mail.
If an ordered product is not available, we reserve the right not to carry out the delivery in whole or in part. In this case, you will be informed immediately and any payments already made will be refunded in full.

Returns & Returns
For reasons of hygiene and health protection , a return or exchange of:

- Substance and surface tests
as these products can lose their function if stored or handled improperly.
Exception: Electronic products
Electronic products are exempt from this exclusion.
Take-back is possible provided that:
- the product is unopened
- the product is in perfect original packaging
