- You will need urine for the test. We recommend using the middle stream urine. To do this, take urine from the urine stream that is already running and not the urine right at the beginning of urination
- To collect urine, you will need a cup made of glass or plastic (not included)
- Hold the test strip in the urine for about 10 seconds and then place it on a flat surface
- The result is displayed after about 3 – 5 minutes
