Beschreibung

The THC Multilevel Test provides 3 detection levels to evaluate the amount of cannabis in a urine sample.

The test therefore not only provides a simple positive or negative result, but it also indicates whether the THC concentration in the urine is „low“, „medium“ or „high“.

The area of application can therefore be used in a variety of ways. If you want to be able to detect consumption and the type of consumption (occasional consumption or heavy, regular consumption) even better, the THC Multilevel Test is just the thing.

The first test application serves as a baseline, while the following tests show whether the THC content in the urine has decreased or increased. Through regular examinations, it is now much easier to determine whether the user has stopped cannabis use (steady decline in THC levels) or whether cannabis use has continued (sudden increase in THC levels).

The THC Multitest is therefore a new tool to support a patient or the course of withdrawal.

Areas of application THC Multilevel Test:

For parents who want to know and accompany their child’s cannabis use in order to be able to help and support them in quitting. Recognizing that an adolescent or loved one has a positive cannabis result is important, but having information about the frequency and level of use is even more important.

Healthcare professionals who need a fast and cost-effective way to ensure that withdrawal is going „according to plan“.

Cannabis users to better understand how cannabis can massively and permanently affect metabolism.

Details of the THC Multilevel Test:

This test can detect the presence of any cannabinoid:

  • Marijuana
  • Cannabis
  • Hashish (cannabis resin)
  • Cannabis oil

It is effective regardless of the method of consumption:

  • Joints
  • Inhale
  • as an infusion
  • in pastries such as cakes or cookies (space cake)

Detection limits THC Multilevel Test:

The THC multilevel test includes 3 test units with different detection limits (cut-off values). It should be noted that the detection time for cannabis use in the urine varies depending on the metabolism and consumption behavior of the respective person.

THC Level 1: 20 ng/ml
THC Level 2: 50 ng/ml
THC Level 3: 150 ng/ml

Multilevel THC

Functionality: The test strip for stage 1 shows a positive result if the tested sample contains at least 20 nanograms of THC per milliliter of urine. If the stage 2 test strip shows a positive result, then the THC content is more than 50 nanograms per milliliter of urine. If the third test strip at level 3 shows a positive result, then the THC content is more than 150 nanograms per milliliter of urine.

The test shows a negative result if it contains less than 20 ng/ml or nothing at all.

Detection time of THC in urine:

2 – 3 days for occasional use.
5 – 10 days with more or less regular consumption.
14 – 30 days for high consumption, and even longer for chronic use.

Interpretation of the test results:

Please note that no generally applicable statements can be made. Every consumer behavior must be looked at and interpreted individually. The following remarks on the interpretations of the results are only intended to show possible scenarios:

Test level 1 (test strip 20 ng/ml) is positive

This can show:

  • Any residual traces of light or occasional use (in the last 24-72 hours).
  • or a more or less old consumption, the traces of which are eliminated by the organism.

Test level 2 (test strip 50 ng/ml) is positive

The detection limit of 50 ng/ml corresponds to the international standard threshold for the detection of cannabis (THC).

This can show:

  • A more or less regular THC consumption (at least several joints per month).
  • or a more recent THC consumption in the last 48 – 72 hours.
  • or a possible resumption of cannabis use if a previous test was only positive at stage 1.

Test level 3 (test strip 150 ng/ml) is positive

This can show:

  • a very regular use of cannabis (probably once or several times a week).
  • or recent THC consumption in the last 24 – 48 hours.
  • or a possible resumption of cannabis use if a previous test was only positive at stage 1 or stage 2.
