Beschreibung
The 5-Panel THC Multilevel Test is used for the qualitative detection of the cannabis metabolite THC-COOH in urine. Through five cut-off levels (20 / 50 / 100 / 200 / 300 ng/ml), the test enables a differentiated assessment of the detection strength. This is particularly helpful if the course of the detection strength is to be observed over several points in time (e.g. decaying vs. stronger concentrations).
The most important things in brief:
- 5-step THC multilevel urine test (THC-COOH) with cut-off levels 20 / 50 / 100 / 200 / 300 ng/ml
- Qualitative screening test for an orientative assessment of the strength of detection
- Multiple cut-offs on one test cassette – useful for progression/trend instead of just „positive/negative“
- Result in just 5 minutes
- free and discreet shipping from Switzerland
Application
- Collect urine sample in a clean, dry container (as fresh as possible).
- Open the test cassette and immerse the test area in the urine sample according to the instructions.
- Place the test on a flat surface.
- Read the result after about 5 minutes .

Important notes: Do not read the result after more than 10 minutes.
Interpretation of results
The multilevel test shows the indicative limit (cut-off) at which THC-COOH can be detected in the urine sample. To put it simply, the more levels are positive, the higher the detectable THC-COOH concentration.

Frequently asked questions about the THC Multilevel Urine Test (FAQ)
What is a THC multilevel test particularly suitable for?
Several cut-offs show whether the detection strength is rather low (e.g. only 20/50) or higher (e.g. up to 200/300).
How do I read the multilevel test correctly?
In the case of rapid tests, the following usually applies: A line in the test area (T) – even if it is very weak – is considered negative if the control line (C) is clearly visible. The line intensity is not suitable for estimating quantities.
What does „positive at 20“ mean but „negative at 50 ng/ml“?
Can I use it to determine when I have consumed?
How long can a THC test be positive in the urine?
Detailed guideline values can be found here: THC detectability in urine.
Can secondhand smoke cause a positive result?
Can CBD, hemp oil, or full-spectrum CBD affect the test?
What can skew a result (e.g., drinking too much, application error)?
highly diluted urine sample (e.g. due to very high fluid intake) or incorrect storage.

Detection limits (cut-off levels) at a glance
The 5-stage THC Multilevel Test includes five separate test fields with different detection limits.
The actual detectability can depend, among other things, on the individual metabolism and consumer behavior.
| Level | Cut-off value (THC-COOH in urine) | Orientation classification (screening) |
|---|---|---|
| Stage 1 | 20 ng/ml | Indication of low or declining THC-COOH concentrations. Possible residual traces after past consumption. |
| Level 2 | 50 ng/ml | The cut-off of 50 ng/ml corresponds to a commonly used screening standard. Indication of timely or regular consumption. |
| Level 3 | 100 ng/ml | Indication of significantly increased THC-COOH concentrations. May occur with regular or higher consumption . |
| Level 4 | 200 ng/ml | Indication of greatly increased THC-COOH concentrations. Possible with pronounced, repeated or chronic use. |
| Level 5 | 300 ng/ml | Indication of very strongly increased THC-COOH concentrations. May indicate long-term high consumption . |

Multilevel test vs. THC single test
Depending on the question, a multilevel test or a classic THC rapid test is useful. The multilevel test is particularly strong when it comes to progression/trend – individual tests are ideal for a quick yes/no decision.
| Feature | THC Multilevel (5 Cut-offs) | THC single test (e.g. 50 ng/ml) |
|---|---|---|
| Output | Multi-level orientation (trend/classification) | Positive / Negative |
| Typical benefits | Follow-up, degradation observation | Quick decision |
| If you „just want to know if…“ | possible, but rather „too much info“ | ✔ Ideal |
| If you „want to see if it gets better“ | ✔ Ideal | Conditionally suitable |

Detection time of THC in urine
The detection time of THC-COOH in urine can vary. Typical orientation values are:
- 1-3 days for occasional use
- 5-10 days with regular use
- 10-30 days or more for heavy or chronic use
The actual detection time depends, among other things, on frequency of consumption, cut-off value, metabolism, body composition and amount of drinking.
Background: What is measured?
Urine tests for cannabis usually do not detect „THC“ itself, but the metabolite THC-COOH (11-nor-Δ9-THC-COOH). This is produced in the body after consumption and is excreted in the urine. Since THC is fat-soluble, its detectability can be prolonged, especially if consumed frequently.
Cross-reactions & influencing factors
Results can be affected by application errors, highly diluted samples , or rare cross-reactions . Individual factors such as metabolism, body fat percentage and frequency of consumption also play a major role.
- Dilution: very light urine can reduce the strength of detection
- Timing: reading too early/late can lead to misinterpretations
- Medication: depending on the test system, cross-reactions are possible (see instructions for use)

Screening test vs. evidence-proof analysis
This test is a screening procedure. For legal or medical issues, a confirmatory analysis in the laboratory (e.g. GC /MS or LC-MS/MS) is required.
